The Cost of Culture

Culture can drag you down.
It wants you to realize that you were made to fit into a specific mold. You were not!
You are unique in the fact that there is not another like you.
Don’t get confused in my words and read between the lines, there isn’t any hidden message of identity politics or gender identity here.
Your identity comes from Christ alone.
(So God created mankind in his own image, in the image of God he created them; male and female he created them. Gen 1:27)
You are special, not because you’re a man and dress and act like a girl, but you were created by God. He doesn’t condone your actions but He loves you.
Just because you walk into a women’s restroom and stand there doesn’t make you a women. God makes a woman, not an opinion, not a culture.
Standing in a garage doesn’t make you a car. But by intelligent design, an engineer birthed the idea of a car.
Standing on a tarmack doesn’t qualify you to be an airplane either.
Confusion by mixture is what the word Babylon interprets to. It’s an oppressive and depressive state that the Culture has brought us to believe.
There’s a hope. There’s a love. There’s a bond that lasts forever. It’s greater than an idea. It’s stronger than any opinion. It’s sacrifice. What Jesus did on the cross for you and I cancels every culture for good. He made a way where there seems to be no way out. That’s the difference between Kingdom and culture, love and hate, pride verses humility.
